I too like the HMD, since it has metabolism in the name. That is easier to
explain to someone why we have some extra weight-- it's not that we eat potato
chips and chocolate bars all day as a couch potato. However, it is heavy on
the testosterone and light on the insulin, which is the key thing in the
disorder. Maybe a name that has something about hyperinsulinemia in it.
Hyperinsulinemic Metabolism Disorder, perhaps?
