I got pregnant after 3 months on Serophene (clomiphene citrate) but lost the baby at 8 weeks. Tried again, but nothing happened.. I had ovarian drilling done, and laser surgery to remove endometriosis. We were heartbroken when THAT didn't work either. My doctor put me on 150 mg of Serophene, but we began to lose hope, and set up an appointment with an adoption agency. 2 days later I found out I was 1 month pregnant!!! W e really had given up hope, but in the end we got our greatest wish...a healthy baby boy who is now 6 months old and totally worth all the heartache. All I can say is I was totally without optimism and a miracle happened, and I hope that it does for as many of you struggling with this as possible.
