Hi Barbara
M.E was called Yuppi Flu in the early 90's, i dont know the medical name
for it it is knows as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome ( spelling is not a great
strength!) I had some lymphatic drainage treatment, that did help but
also flushed out the lactic acid. This causes muscle pain, oh i just
remembered magnesium , i took mag because a deficiency causes muscular
tearing, causing pain and a lactic acid build up. I know it is waffled
however even if it helps a little! Lavinder oil is really stinky but
really soothing , watch out for rather odd vivid dreams ( i have found
them to be a little erotic actually if i use lavinder)
If this helps then superb if not i will keep rackng my rather tired
brain!
Keep well and TAKE IT EASY LADY, put you first and have a good cry at
least once a week, i find a good howl clears my head.
You are in my thoughts, take care
((((((( great big hugs))))))
