Those little pimple things on your arms - do you get little hard things out of them when you play with/pick them? I get those too - God I hate them! I can't remember what they are called. I found that an over the counter lotion works great on them.. It is Lac-Hydrin Five and 8 oz costs around $11 I think at CVS (this is the non-prescription strength. You can also get it by prescription). It has lactic acid in it. Use it every day and after about 2 weeks you will notice that your skin is much smoother and no more little bumpy pimply things!

Hope this helps..
