Re: Any success on low carb diets?

I am just about the world's worst dieter (no joke, ask me what I ate for lunch today??? A large hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll! Sure that's low carb!) but I HAVE had my successes here and there. About a year ago I didn't go low carb but I did give up refined sugar. No soda, no chocolate, no ice cream, etc. I still ate fruit and breads and so on. In one week I lost eight pounds. Eight! In one week! Amazing.

Now why I can't continue to do that, is beyond me!!!

When I'm off sugar, I feel SO much better, it's like night and day. I have much more energy. The boils I get on my thighs clear up to almost none, a huge improvement. And then, yes, the weight loss.
