I never knew that PCOS had an increased rate of having boils??? Has anyone heard that? I had a very bad problem with them when I was very overweight >250 at 5'5", and I went to a dermatologist who put me on a month-long program of Keflex. It knocked it right out of my system and I have never had them again. She called it folliculitis related to cellulitis?? Anyway, I also weigh less now 204, and I don't know if that has anything to do with it? Does anyone else have any ideas? Also, I am in desperate need of answers in regards to hair loss!! I have been losing alot of hair each day and I am noticing signs of thinning. Even my older sister was feeling my hair and she gasped because she remembers how my hair was so thick before and now you can see my scalp through it?? Does anyone know of a remedy? I tried hair vitamins, which made it look healthier, but not thicker!
