Do you have PCOS?

Having ovarian cysts does not mean you have PCOS. Conversely, having PCOS does not mean that you have cysts. The name is confusing because these details were not discovered until after the name was set. There has been talk for a few years of changing the name but none have been determined as yet. http://www.pcosupport.org has information that may be of benefit to you.

It is unusual for women with PCOS to have the type of cyst that you seem to be describing.
