Hi Ralph... I did have great results with Actos, problem was...they were short lived. It was a year ago, so I can't remember all the details, however, the actos stopped working for me after maybe...1 month or 6 weeks. I did really like it when I was on it though. I would suggest someone else to try it, maybe it will continue to work for them. I did start with 30mg/day and doctor said that 45 was the highest dose per day allowed. That's all I can remember...sorry.
