I don't think I have that problem, at least not that I noticed.

Holter monitor? Is that where they strap a heart monitor on you for 24hrs? They did that to me back in ... 97? I was diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat, the doc said no trouble, just exercise. ;) At that time the heart was having an irregular beat roughly every 5 mins. Now it does it infrequently and very seldom.

No, although sometimes my hands get red and puffy and my skin feels really tight, I assumed that was retaining water or a slight allergic reaction to something. My mom gets that too quite a bit.
