I was diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat, the doc said no trouble, just exercise. ;) At that time the heart was having an irregular beat roughly every 5 mins. Now it does it infrequently and very seldom.

>legs and possibly feet,and hands turn white,blue,then red and hurt?I was No, although sometimes my hands get red and puffy and my skin feels really tight, I assumed that was retaining water or a slight allergic reaction to something. My mom gets that too quite a bit.
