Dry mouth, dry eyes like I explained, dry skin, dry scalp. Get quite hoarse easily. Irritated throat and my voice catches if I go too long w/out drinking something.

Well I believe I am IR just waiting on the Dr to agree w/me.

It is less concentrated these days with all the water I am drinking than it has been in the past.

No caffeine for me, it's bad for IR :) And I am asthmatic but not currently on any medication (it comes with illness, lingers for about four months, and goes).

Skin bounced right back so I guess I'm ok there :)

Well I've noticed that before, when I poke myself lightly or run a single finger down my leg or whatever that the skin turns really white and stays that way for a while. I can draw smilies on my skin :) (I guess that's not good.)

Ok the high protein diet is a possibility for what has cropped up since I've been trying the low carb thing for about two-three weeks now. Since I'm having trouble finding foods to eat I seem to be falling back on the protein rich things like certain nuts, chicken, beef, etc.

Yeah I have an appt. for the 3rd and I will definitely mention it. I get to see my thyroid results then as well.

I'm off the bcp for a month now.

Anyway thanks Barbra for all the info you've given me something to work from. I also heard that a lack of sodium can cause your body not to retain enough water even though you drink a lot. However I've been eating enough sodium I'm sure with salted nuts and everything so...
