If you're also peeing a lot, it could be a sign that your PCOS has
progressed to diabetes. Frequent urination / thirst is one of the first
signs of that.
Also, it may (*may*) just be the time of year! Winter air is so drying,
with everyone's heat on etc. I drink about what you do and in winter,
still find myself scratchy, flaky and etc. quite often.
