Panacea, are you living in the same place you were last winter? The way a house or workplace is heated will have the same effect. I would first, before you drown yourself, look into getting a portable humidifier. You may look into renting one before you buy to make sure as they are quite expensive. I bet it would help. Are you finding your hair and scalp dry as well? It may not be the water you are taking in, but the air around you. Just a thought. Take care, Bonnie
