In addition to what Sonnet has said, not everyone experiences weightloss from the Glucophage, it is not a weight loss drug, it is a diabetic drug. While wieghtloss is a known side effect of Glucophage, not everyone gets it. Glucophage may help your body use the food that you take in so that you do not feel so hungry. Eating a lower carb. diet may also help you lose weight as well as help your body in its attempt to use food.

I have never gotten sick from eating any protein, but refill my soda with a meal and I am bathroom bound! Were there additional carbs with the chicken/turkey meals; breading, extra veggies that you would not eat with beef, mashed potatoes, etc.?

P.S. One "l". Cool! That is how I spell mine! My dad still puts two l's in after 35 years! The funny part is that *he* is the only one who calls me by that. You would think that he would be the one to spell it correctly. :-)
