Getting Rid of Excess Hair

Hi, I'm new here and well I don't really know if I have PCOS, but I might go check since I have a few of the symptons (excess hair, irregular periods)...but I'm not overweight. Not sure though because the excess hair could be genetic and the irregular periods could have something to do with my health. I'm only 14, so I can't tell yet.

Anyways, back to my question. I've been struggling over to get rid of excess hair, but I'm not sure what's the best way. I'm uncertain of what to do know, because I kind of made things worse. First of all, the hair above my upper lip. I've used a hair cream remover on it, waxed it, and plucked it. It all made it worse. I was wondering if trimming it with little scissors would be okay? Like would it grow back thicker and more? If anyone has experience, I would be grateful if you could tell me. :) I actually trimmed some of the hair on my fingers because I waxed it before which made it more noticeable...and after I trimmed it, it actually seemed thinner. Just not sure if it's the same with upper lip hair. Oh and soon in PE we're going to have swimming...what would be the best way to get rid of the armpit hair? Uh for legs, I think I'm just going to shave. But for my arms, I've got a problem. I shaved it once about 3 years ago (bad idea), then tried the hair cream remover on it, and waxed it. Yeah made it worse (now longer than before), so I'm wondering what you recommend would be the best way? I'm thinking about bleaching but I don't know if that'll be harmful to me. Or suggest any brands you've used of bleaching or waxing...etc. My back is a bit hairy but I'm not going to worry about that just yet. Basically just for upper lip hair, armpit hair, and arm hair. Apologies for writing so much but I just have to let just all out. Since around 6th grade, I've been worrying about my excess hair, and haven't stopped thinking about it since. I feel so insecure and depressed because of it, but it's better to know that other females worry about the same thing. :) I also sort of wished I left it as it was, but now that I made it worse I'm really hoping to at least try to make it less noticeable. I thank you all for helping. Even though I don't have PCOS (yet?), I want to say hang in there. Happy Holidays everyone, and once again thank you!! I honestly appreciate it a lot.
