Re: Chronic HeadachesFrom: Joanne (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 21 Dec 2001 22:04:03 -0600 (CST)
Hi Teresa, well I suffer from migraines a lot, I know you said they weren't exactly migraines, but my nuerologist also told me that if I'm constantly taking say tylenol(on a daily basis to keep the pain to a dull roar) then one would be getting an analgesic(spelling) headache. You get a headache because you don't take the tylenol, it's strange I know, but i went one week and took nothing no matter how bad it got and then only took my specific migraine pain killer(fiorset). I'm at the moment doing well. Not to say I don't have days on end that I have a headaches, but it's much less. Just thought I would throw that out there. You didn't mention how often you take meds for the headaches, so I just wanted to tell you what I was told. good luck.take care.
