I don't have headaches so I am not realy qualified to join this discussion, but I wanted to jump in and add something just in case it might help.

PCOS'ers often suffer from hypoglycemia, low blood sugar. Headaches are definitely a sign of your blood sugar being too low (actually I think it can be a sign of it being too high as well.) So if you're getting the headaches when you haven't eaten in a while, after excercising or stress, or right after eating, especially something high carb or simple carb - then my GUESS would be that's probably your culprit, if it's related to the PCOS at all.

I know some of you have different headaches (like chronic headaches or migraine) that the PCOS / blood sugar doesn't cover, but I wanted to make sure other people were taking this into account as well!

Oh, I also wanted to mention because I saw it go past - Glucophage will NOT lower your blood sugar if you are not a diabetic. It's not that kind of medication. It is an insulin sensitizer, which just means you use the insulin you have more effectively. I know I personally found that it RAISED my blood sugar from hypoglycemic to normal levels. They've done a lot of research on this point and it's not something you have to worry about if you're not a diabetic.
