I forgot to mention that when I was on Met alone, my testosterone doubled. It was not the right drug for me at all. Some women find the same thing happens to them as well, but Avandia added to the Met can be super helpful in getting the right balance. They make each other work wonderfully together. I have never been formally tested for insulin resistance and this may be part of my puzzle.

Really question the triphasic prescription! I hope the pharmacy will let you return it if you can't use it.

I am betting you don't have an ovarian tumor; that is totally rare in someone your age while PCOS is common as dirt.
