Thanks for sharing this info. But I guess it also depends on what point in your cycle that the test was done, was your's also done on day 3 of your cycle? I'd like to find a reference for 46 being high in medical literature because none of my doctors commented on it as your's did. My LH is elevated, but only slightly.
