Hope a doc can look at this...." I was just diagnosed with PCOS. It's amazing reading all of this stuff. I had no idea everything was related. I'm 29 5'2'' and just topped 215 lbs. At 18 I weighed 120 and thought I was fat. Each year I gain more weight, have fewer periods (2 this year), get more skin tags, grow more hair, and fall deeper into depression. Atleast now I know the reason for most of this. At 13 I discovered a hair around my nipple. I freaked at first, but read in a magazine that this was normal. Now I have a lot of thick black hairs around my nipples and they are beginning to grow on the rest of my breast. I pluck them, the grow back thicker and darker and I get a lot of ingrown hairs.
