Very good point. From all indications and test results I have ovulated. Serum Progesterone yesterday on CD#22 was 28.7... Kind of hard to argue that Ovualtion did not happen. Just wanted to say basically that EVERY doctor is completely different on there practices and to automatically assume that one doctor says the gospel truth about PCOS and Hormones levels is as we all know from our experiences hard to do. Again I am testimony that my TT was 77 and ovulated possibly 2 eggs around CD#14-15. I also had the same thing occur this past summer with with one egg the first round of clomid 50mg but m/c due to triploidy (XXY chromosome). My TT at that point was 80. I have had huge fluctations but never gone above the 250 mark which indicates pituitary issues.
