The problem with that is that caffiene etc. helps with my asthma. I'm not by any means a big coffee drinker, but I do like the occasional soy late or mocha, and I picked up drinking a mocha before work to kind of wake me up in the morning. Although now that I've cut out the chocolate I seem to have better success at staying awake :)

Eggs, sausage? How much toast could you get away with there? An english muffin? ;) Probably not. I've been frying up my own sausage mcmuffins in the mornings. It's a damn site better than it was when I'd eat a turkey sandwich. *snore*
