Hi Bonnie

I got the book, after someone in the gym recommended it to me. I don't really follow the diet part, apart from getting in some protein powder (the stuff without carbs) which has been a lifesaver when I had no appetite or inclinateion to eat due to the met.

The excersise part was excellent for giving me a routine in the gym, and as I was making notes, I could see my progress as my weights increased. But as I think I was gaining muscle mass, my weight didn't go down quite as fast as I had hoped, but then again, by the time I get down to my target weight, I will have some amazingly toned muscle...
