My gynecologist thinks that I do have PCOS. I had fasting insulin and fasting glucose tests performed this morning. It will take about 3 days to get the results. The doctor recommended that I read the book, "Body For Life" by Bill Phillips. I bought it and I wondered if any of you had read it and were following the diet and exercise plan that it explains.
