Munchic,

I've heard of the Mirena coil. This is used a lot in the UK and it was just recently approved for usage over here in the U.S. It is a birth control method but I don't know how it would help with ovulation along with the Clomid.

Apparently some of the drs in the UK (according to friends I have there) for women with endo it is supposed to be real good for the control of endo but I don't know how true that is b/c some of the ones that I've talked to that did do it had no help from it. The insertion of the coil is quite painful from what I've been told, and a girl there in the UK just recently had to have it removed but they had to do it with her under general anesthesia when they were going to do a hysteroscopy and something else on her.

The Women's Health Forum (the sister forum to this one) may have more info on the Mirena coil to help you find what you are looking for.

Let me know if there's any other way I can help you.
