PCO is totally different to PCOS. Your doctor is right. If you have no
symptoms and your hormone profile is clear and the only thing you have is
polycystic ovaries, it is nothing to worry about. About 20-25% of women show
PCO on ultrasound scan. It's quite probable that it has nothing to do with
your having trouble falling pregnant. Hope you have luck in falling pregnant
soon!!
