Prozac is good at helping with very emotive feelings. I'm not sure you would want to stay on it for all that long because it sometimes suppresses the libedo. But this does not mean you can't try another anti- depressant. I have had good luck with Zoloft and then Welbutrin. I'm almost off all of them now (yeah!) but it was something I needed to do for a while.
