The pimples are in the fatty tissue pubic area. I thought that acne was a symptom of PCOS. Is this true? I suppose not every woman will have the exact same symptoms. Just thought maybe someone else might have had something similar. Thanks for your comments. It's nice to finally know that I'm not crazy or a hypocondriac, that there is a reason for my suffering.
