Just wanted to say thank you for the comments I received about my last message. Even though all my symptoms point to PCOS I just wanted to be sure that I received an accurate diagnosis. All my symptoms were finally justified and I guess I just have a hard time believing it because I have been searching for answers for so long. My next question is, although I have all the classic signs I don't have as bad of hair growth as everyone else it talking about, is there anyone else with the same? I do have light hair and I have noticed hairs growing in different areas (like below my navel and on my chin) but I usually am able to take care of them by plucking and they are gone. Will I get more hair growth in the future or is this another symptom that can very from person to person? Others have mentioned having acne. Although I have been fortunate in this respect, for years I have been getting pimples in my pubic area. They get so big that they are painful. One of which was so large I had to have it lanced. Has anyone else had a similar type of acne? (sorry not trying to gross anyone out) Does anyone else have a problem with skin tags? Thanks for all of your help.
