Hi Terra,

I found your post very interesting. I was diagnosed with a fatty liver (by my gastro - my endo doesn't know about it - guess I should ask her next time I see her). But he said it was just cause I am overweight. Didn't realise it could be related to the PCOS.

You said it may be becuase we have problem with fat metabolism (I have way out of wack lipid profile - so I guess that is likely). Does this mean we should have a very low fat diet? Does anyone know anything about this?

Would be interested to know if other people have similar experiences / comments on this.
