Hi,
I've always had really regular periods until 3 years ago when I went 6
months without one which is when they diagnosed PCOS (and there was no
doubt at all from my scans).
My periods are pretty regular again now though yet my friend who suffers
PCOS too only has about 2 a year.
'Irregular' can mean anything from you don't have them to you have them
too often or they're a bit heavy or light. It can mean anything.
But you can definitely still have PCOS with regular periods.
