Thank's for the reply, I'm listening to my body, but apparently I'm having troubles understanding it.

Lately I feel like I don't know what to eat and don't want to eat at all.

Glad you're finding what works for you. I'm sure I'll get there, I'm debating whether or not to go to a dietician/nutritionist.
