Hi Alicia I'm on BCP and often skip periods as well. My gyno checked it out, and ultrasound showed lining wasn't building up each month, so nothing to really come out. He said it was due to the pill, it affects some people this way. He said it's nothing to worry about because if lining isn't building up don't have to worry about uterine cancer etc. It's not the same thing as missing periods due to PCOS, as when that happens lining IS building up.
