Hi Tracy, There is always hope, have you tried fertility drugs yet? I've had PCOS for 14 years now. I have two boys, it took awhile but I was on provera and 100mg of clomid. I don't think I could have conceived on my own, I too felt the way you feel, I did really. I wanted kids so badly, and finally it happened.
