Re: Anyone with semi-regular periods?

I have always had regular periods, every 29-31 days. After TTC for several years I talked to my OBGYN who ordered extensive bloodwork and an ultrasound and sure enough...PCOS and IR. She then referred me to a PCOS specialist. I've now been on Glucophage for 3 1/2 weeks. I'd suggest pushing for the bloodwork and/or other tests. And if the doctor doesn't want to do that...find another doctor who is better informed and appreciates patients who take responsability for their own health and well being.

Best of Luck
