Tracy, My thoughts are with you. My husband and I, too are TTC and desperately want a child of our own. And after a couple years of trying I recently found out I have PCOS. My endocrinologist is very confident that we should "see some results" within 3-6 months now that I am on medication and treatment. If you aren't already seeing a good (knowledgable about PCOS) endocrinologist, I would encourage you to start there. There is definitely hope. I've found I become more optomistic the more information I have. This board has been an excellent source of both information and inspiration.

I will keep you in my thoughts and wish the best for you!
