Anne,

Thanks for the advice. I've been taking Met/Gluc. for little over a year now (october 2000). I am still at the 500mg twice daily. I am trying to get it increased but, it is next to impossible without insurance. I can't afford the 3 to 4 thousand dollars for the blood test. The doc won't increase until he does a second running of test. I just started to take sam-e 400 mg once a day, at night on an empty stomach. This is just my first week. I'm giving it to Feb. on this dosage, before increasing.

Thanks J.D.
