My heart is breaking for a child of my ownFrom: Tracy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 29 Nov 2001 20:10:08 -0600 (CST)
Is there any possibility that I can get pregnant even though I have PCOS? When I was a teenager I had a daughter and she tragically died of SIDS when she was 8months old. Then in 1990 I got married and found out I was pregnant and to my devastation it was an ectopic pregancy. Finally in 1996 after not getting pregnant I was diagnosed with a classic case of PCOS. I so badly want to conceive, and am just wondering if there is any hope anymore. It has been almost 12 years now. I just found out my 24 year old sister is pregant and she never even thought she wanted kids. I love her but I am devastated! I am soooooo sick of this rotten PCOS. I just need one egg to mature and release so I can get pregnant and have a baby of my own! If anyone has any suggestions or encouraging testimonies PLEASE share cuz' I am rreally discouraged. All I have done is cry for the past 2 days...
