I was fasting, and I think it was a glucose tolerance test. The results had something to do with my glucose/insulin ratio. It was done at 8:00am and I dont normally eat breakfast but was a little shaky. Might have been nerves and because I hadn't had my coffee! I do not know about my cholesterol and triglycerides levels- I dont even know what triglycerides is.
