Hi Jodi, I used cica care on both red scars and raised scars - it works for both, although I got better results with the red fading to a silvery transparent kinda colour, but on the raised ones, it did reduce the actual "raised" appearance and softened the scars too, but to a lesser degree in my opinion, I don't know maybe the change from red to silver was just more obvious to me - who cares they're barely visible now and I'm more than happy with that*SMILE*!

I can totally hear where your coming from with the people asking you questions constantly:)

Try them, it's a small price to pay, in my opinion, even if you don't get the good results I got...
