Yes. I had them. Both a bcp and Met (glucophage) did the trick. My
dizzy spells are gone. So are the migrane headaches. Gone gone gone.
If your dizzy spells are pcos related, most likely they are occuring due
to the hormone imbalance and/or insulin/blood sugar imbalance in your
body.
