Hi Randi Its the change in season, i ahve done pretty much the same thing over the last few weeks and we arent even celebrating a holiday in the UK. You can get through this, as hard as it is. I agress with binning all the sugarir foods in the house and but in low carb foods. I have take to dringing a samll glass of water everytime i feel hungey/ cravings and if 10 mins after that i am still hungry then i eat a low card snack. You are in m,y thoughts, good luck you have done it before and you can do it again Mel
