Rndi you can do this!! I've been sooo bad this week too - I think it's the start of winter, I feel like I've eaten nothing but chocolate all week long. So you're not alone! But with a bit of effort you can get back where you were, on track! get all the sugary stuff out of the house, and surround yourself with low carb snacks you like to eat. I'll think happy thoughts for you!

Here's an inspirational thought that totally hit me today - I was reading an article in the paper about a group that was working to educate native american communities about reducing diabetes risk. One guy they interviewed said something to the effect of, "We just need to emphasise to people that they can live longer by eating well." Live longer - now that's an incentive!
