Unfortunately I think you're going to have to wait this one out! If PCOS is the only thing impairing your fertility, you very well could be pregnant. It does happen! There are many women on this board who were able to conceive naturlaly and even some who had surprise babies. Take another test in a week! But it also could be the PCOS, just to warn you - your hormones get all screwy with PCOS and they can fluctuate for no apparent reason other than they feel like it! So you may just be feeling your body's response to stress, environment, anything else in the form of hormone swings.
