Re: stretch marks.

Does this mean scars that are raised AND red... or scars that are red AND scars that are raised? I have slightly raised whitish scars all over my arms (many people have hellish teen years... i was a cutter for most of mine...) and I would love to get rid of them or lessen them... it gets old and embarrassing after many years to keep being asked "What the hell happened to your arms?"
