I'm afraid I don't really know enough about it to tell you with any
certainty. The thickness of that lining varies depending on where you
arein your cycle. Before ovulation, it is very thin, as it hasn't got
the progesterone to support it. After ovulation, if you are about to
menstruate, it is much thicker. It could just be that you had the U/S
done at a point in your cycle when it was supposed to be thin?? I seem
to recall hearing that some of the women I know who are trying to
conceive take suplements to help thicken up their lining to make it
easier to get pregnant / hold a pregnancy. But I'm not sure. Definitely
something to talk to your doctor about if it concerns you, but I think
it's pretty common!
