You can find out a whole lot about PCOS at http://www.pcosupport.org, it's a great site. It can help tell you all about the symptoms of PCOS, what to look for, questions to ask your doctor, and so on.

A "Thin womb lining" would mean, I *think* (correct me if I'm wrong) that your progesterone is low, something that's very common with PCOS. The thickness of that lining varies depending on where you are in your cycle as well.
