Hi Ladies, Hope you are all well. Just wondering - do others of you feel tired very often. Some days I my body feels so heavy and all my muscles feel as though I have been exercising very heavily (even though I haven't)and this is right from when I wake up in the morning - sometimes it improves during the day and sometimes it doesn't. These days my motivation level is way down and it is so hard to do anything. Can't get moving, even with lots of coffee, or trying to exercise. Do others feel like this sometimes and do you think it is physical or psychological. How do you get yourself out of this. Any recommendations would be helpful ..... I don't feel like this every day but the days I do are hell and I end up hating myself and feeling like a lazy dumb and unmotivated slob...... (needless to say my work suffers and my productivity is way down!) I don't want to be like this. Sorry - just venting. I take Met, Diane-35, and thyroxine. Thank you. SAC
