Hi,

you could do an HPT now. If its - then maybe repeat another test a few days later as it could of been an early testing and HCG normally doubles every couple of days. I fell pregnant without fertility drugs luckily and because my periods were so irregular, it was initially difficult to pinpoint an exact date of conception. One thing i do remember is that my BBT remained high and consistant. I had that 'dragging'' aching' feeling that you can sometimes get in your abdominals a week or so before the period is due. I had some slight bleeding about three weeks after assumed implantation but it was stale blood and lasted about 9 days but it was just a small 'spot' on my pants. A couple of days after my period was due, i had the most incredible sore breasts that tingled along with a burning sensation of my nipples but that only lasted a couple of days. I started to feel nauseaus literally at 5 weeks pregnant.

Please bear in mind, that every woman will experience different signs and symptoms of pregnancy. I hope that you have been successful but just remember pCOS can irregulate the menstrual cycle too. GOOD LUCK!!!
