HI Belinda,
The reason why they say for pregnant woman not to take hot baths or use
saunas or hot tubs is because the heat can affect the developing fetuses
brain and possibly cause brain damage.I am not sure if it can happen so
early in pregnancy though maybe Bell or someone will know. I think it
is more a rule for maybe second and third trimester as most woman don't
even know there pregnant the first month or 2. Hope I helped,Dona
