The roller coaster begins =)From: Dona (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 31 Oct 2001 12:22:21 -0600 (CST)
HI everyone, Well my doc called in my RX yesterday for provera and clomid and I was told to call him back when my period started on cycle day 1 so he could schedule an ultrasound. I ended up not needing to take the provera my body desided to have a period on it's own at 26 days which is very odd to me So I called hhim back this morning.Maybe it's another sign if you believe in that type of thing as I do.He was very surprised that I started so early he wasnt expecting me to start for another 2 weeks even after taking the provera because my progesterone was very low I think he said it was at 1.2 and my cycles have been every 35-40 days even with met.I asked if starting clomid would be ok even if I had a period start on it's own and not induced and he said it was fine that it didn't make a difference.I will be starting the clmid on day 5 and he said he would probably schedule the ultrasound for day 11 but he will call me back with the exact date.Anyone who is willing to share there clomid stories with me,good ,bad or indiferent are welcome to email me.I have never been on it before and I'm kinda scared. Well now I know why I have been a nervous wreck this week besides the anniversaries...I guess I have been PMSing too.No wonder I have been more weepy than usual.I feel so dumb..lol. Thanks Sonnet and everyone who was praying for me.I really think it worked! I am a much happier person today. Love you ball,Dona
